Kind regards, Natasha

Louise came by this evening and said that the tapping was REALLY, REALLY BRILLIANT. She couldn't believe the difference it made and has not had a single twinge in her shoulder since.
She said she wants to contact the Syrigomyelia Society here in Ireland and in England and tell them the difference you and EFT has made to her. She now thinks of you as a near saint - but I knew it all along.
Kindest regards Clive

I was still fat. I was taking a lot of drugs which I believed might help, like appetite suppressants as well as speed. The speed made dancing a lot of fun but then I would have a couple of kebabs on the way home! Having reached the age of 52, the fashion and body image ideals were no longer a worry for me. After you are 50 I felt that people no longer think badly of you if you are fat. In a way, you don’t count or matter any longer.
Then I had some regular blood check ups done at the doctor’s and found out that I was borderline diabetic. Still reversible if I did something now and a huge wake up call for me.
I had met Sally Baker at a work shop and liked her very much. She was told me about the Gastric Band Hypnotherapy she does and when I found out more I wanted to do it. During my first session I laid out my worries to Sally; I was tired and lethargic so I didn’t want to have to work hard at losing the weight. In a way, I didn’t even want to be involved with it – just wave the magic wand please. I didn’t want to be “good” with food choices and had big problems with restricting myself. I said that I would probably try to manipulate her into giving me an easy ride and give me permission to fail yet again. Oh yes, I thought I knew myself well enough for that one.
Sally worked to make the programme work for me. I found out that carbohydrates don’t make me feel very good. They make me feel hungry so why had I been stuffing myself full of them? I learned how comfortable a satisfied appetite can be. I learned how to make better food choices. We started the course and hypnotherapy. It wasn’t hard work at all and I found my energy levels getting better. So that’s when my self sabotage side kicked in and I started messing around with the programme. In the most charming way possible Sally laid out a few home truths to me. She was up front. Trust me – she takes no prisoners! But it was also done supportively and with compassion to enable me to understand that “self harming” side of myself. Once again I was back on track.
I had been tipping the scales at almost 23 stones. Today I am 19 stones 13lbs and it is still dropping off at about 2lbs per week. My energy levels and motivation are great. Occasionally I have days where I want to revert to my old familiar ways but thanks to the hypnotherapy sessions they are no longer overwhelming feelings like they used to be. I use the MP3 hypnotherapy tracks Sally recorded for me and I feel like I am back on track. It will take me about a year to get to the weight my GP wants me to be at but I now have the confidence that it will happen. After all, it took me 35 years to put this much weight on so what’s 10 months to take it off? More to the point, the hypnotherapy sessions with Sally have done so much more for me than just weight loss. They have has sorted out so much “crap” in my head as well. She truly is gifted at what she does and understands human nature so very well. I have no hesitation at all in recommending her to anyone but especially of you who thought that you were beyond help.
