Introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques
(EFT) Certificate Training – One Day

This is one-day foundation training for those new to EFT and requires no previous experience to attend. On completion of the course you will be fully competent to use EFT on yourself, family and friends as a tool to resolve unwanted emotions such as guilt, anxiety, anger and cravings.

Physical symptoms such as headaches also often respond well to EFT.

You will have lots of opportunity to practise and learn the basic principles.  The course will be a lot of fun too and you will take away with you a wonderfully powerful therapy that is yours forever. A comprehensive manual is supplied together with a certificate of attendance.

Explanation of the Meridians and how the energy system can be rebalanced using EFT.

Sally Baker GQHP, is a Registered Hypnotherapist (GHR). She is also an Advanced EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and PSTEC Practitioner. She is also a licensed HypnoGastricBand© Practitioner. Sally has worked successfully over the years with a wide variety of presenting issues with clients on a one to one basis, or in group workshops settings.
