It had been a wonderful experience. Very gentle but life changing at the same time. I’ve really got a lot out of the Tap, Eat and Step programme and the tapping especially. I’m definitely not going back to my old eating habits. Jan

Thank you so much for an excellent session... I really think that helped me tremendously.
Since I got back I now only take one pain killer in the morning and one last thing at night which is instead of every 3 to 4 hours... so that is fantastic.
Before I left I could feel the rage had left my gum and knew it was on the mend. If there is
anything left at all - I will turn it to work for me and the helpful tips on building my strength
is now my focus . So thank you so much for that. You are such a really lovely person Sally I am so pleased to have met you.

Hi Sally I love eating the short grain brown rice and made a delicious fish risotto. Noticeable that I'm not craving sugary food like I did and no problems with not drinking fizzy pop. Feeling not so bloated and no indigestion tablets since I've started. I can see an improvement in my skin already and I’ve done lots more exercise. I've done good so far! Regards Amanda
