• Session 1

I would like to invite you to make an appointment for a free 30 minute initial consultation. This is to ensure that you are fully informed of all the important details of the HypnoGastricBand© and that you are 100% happy with your course of action. We will then begin with the first step which will involve some hypnosis relaxation to release any negative emotions and build your morale and confidence so you are set to begin this new chapter of your life. This is the time to get excited!

You will also be given the first of two short audio CDs to listen to. This deeply relaxing recording helps prepare your mind to welcome the changes you are making, effortlessly and easily.

• Session 2

This session will focus on removing any negative, repressed emotions that you have around food and over-eating. There will also be time for your clinical consultation. You will meet your surgeon and hospital theatre team. The session will also include lots of positive suggestion and all the mental preparation for your forthcoming procedure. You can feel your excitement rising as your Gastric Band procedure date comes closer.

I have found over the years working with clients who are struggling with their weight that many have deep-seated emotional issues around food and eating. So, please bear in mind, that if it is mutually felt that you would benefit from more sessions to fully collapse your emotional issues around food and over-eating then we will discuss this together and make suitable arrangements prior to continuing with Step 3. Resolving these long held beliefs is critical to successful weight loss and to maintaining your weight loss forever.

• Step 3

The HypnoGastricBand© surgery day has arrived. Just lie back and relax. Using the power of deep hypno-suggestion your sub-conscious mind will fully experience your gastric band insertion but without any discomfort or post-operation wooziness. You will awaken refreshed and energised, excited that you will have reduced the size of your stomach and feel wonderfully full after only eating smaller portions of nutritious food.

You will also be given the second audio CD to listen to. This deeply relaxing recording will help your sub-conscious mind reinforce the amazing changes you have made to your appetite and your stomach capacity now that you have successfully completed your HypnoGastricBand© procedure.

• Step 4

This follow-up session is recommended to ensure you are fully enjoying all the benefits of your HypnoGastricBand© and is also an opportunity for positive suggestion and continuing to build your morale and confidence.

This session is also when any adjustments to your HypnoGastricBand© would be made if required. Most clients are perfectly happy with the original setting of their HypnoGastricBand©. It simply stays in place until you have achieved your ideal target weight and remains in place to assist you in continuing to maintain your ideal weight.  So, although not necessary for all clients, some may find they want an adjustment to their band.
