You can change how you look on the outside and how you feel on the inside -about yourself and about food – forever just by following your own Tap.Eat.Step Programme

You can

  • Reach your ideal target weight
  • Boost your metabolism
  • Increase your energy levels
  • End food cravings
  • Improve your immune system
  • Raise your self-esteem
  • End self-sabotage around food
  • Achieve sustainable, successful weight management

Sally Baker has developed a range of Tap.Eat.Step Programmes to help you achieve your ideal target weight; re-balance your health; and maintain long term, successful weight management. She uses a unique combination of approaches that gets to the root causes of over-eating and being out of balance with your body. Sally works with you to put a successful strategy in place for making lasting changes – effortlessly and easily.

We all know the truth about Diets
The Tap.Eat.Step Programmes are not diets. Diets simply do not work. Alternatively, this is a commitment to a whole new way of thinking about yourself and looking after yourself with good nutrition, manageable exercise and personal attention, supported throughout with Suggestion Therapy/Clinical Hypnotherapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to end self-sabotage around food – forever.

All theTap.Eat.Step Programmes bring about a whole range of benefits from raised energy levels, to stabilising moods to improved feelings of well being and raised self-esteem. You will look and feel so much better with brighter, clearer eyes, and everyone will notice your improved complexion, as well as a new spring in your step. And, if you are a woman in the midst of menopause mayhem, Sally’s way can help you regain your confidence and equilibrium.

These are not empty promises. Sally Baker is happy to offer you a free consultation in South East London to discuss your needs and how Tap.Eat.Step can work for you.

Each Tap.Eat.Step Programme takes you through a carefully selected eating plan with a graduated exercise regime. At the end of your Programme you will feel cleansed and invigorated – just like new. It’s a chance for you to get back in touch with who you were before mood-altering additives, including a massive array of stimulants, became an integral part of our daily eating.

While following your Tap.Eat.Step Programme, old eating habits that no longer serve you, are identified, collapsed and effortlessly discarded using Suggestion Therapy/Clinical Hypnotherapy and an amazing therapeutic technique called EFT or Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique). EFT is becoming more well known for its effectiveness, having been featured in the UK on the prime time Richard & Judy Show, and extensively used by Paul McKenna, as part of his weight-loss approach.

There is a Tap. Eat. Step Programme to suit your needs.
