Hello, my name is Sally Baker, I am a Senior Therapist, published author and speaker working in private practice. I offer face to face sessions in London, when CoVid permits and have worked for many years with clients the world over via the internet.

With almost twenty years of professional experience, I use cutting-edge therapeutic approaches to help one person at a time to transform their lives.

I have extensive experience working with people to alleviate their addictions, compulsive behaviour, anxiety, limiting beliefs, self sabotaging behaviour, anger issues and eating disorders. At the core of most presenting issues is unresolved trauma and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and that's where I focus the work. This is often undertaken 'content free' - so you don't need to disclose once let alone over and over again the traumatic experiences you have lived through. You already know what you need  to work on. All you need to do is to intuitively guess where in your body you carry the feelings connected to those events from your past.  Anything you can identify can be cleared. My work has proved time and time again you do not need to live with unresolved trauma limiting your life.

What is even more radical is that as my therapy approach does not focus on the narrative and is directed to how the subconscious mind works changes in how you think and feel about yourself can happen quickly - in just a few sessions - and the results are often enduring and life affirming.

Therapy isn’t for everyone but if you’ve tried everything it could be just what you need to transform your life.

When investing in therapy for yourself the best value is always going to be a series of sessions as the benefits from therapy are cumulative and transformation happens most readily when there is momentum. The cost is lower when booking a package of sessions.

Payment

Cash payment is mandatory for the Stop Smoking Programme.
Other payments are made in full in advance of the therapy beginning via either direct bank transfer (BACs), cheque or Pay Pay (transaction fees added at cost).

Appointments

Face to face or internet sessions is available from 11 am to 6 pm UK time on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Appointments on a Saturday or for sessions outside of these time are available by special arrangement.

Cancellations

With the exception of emergencies, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment so that cancellation fees do not need to be applied.

Parking

There is unrestricted on-street parking in surrounding roads plus good connections via public transport from London Bridge Railway Station with a journey time of 10 minutes.
